The following Yahoo! e-groups are moderated by the NAMI Texas office. The e-groups are brought to our members via the Yahoo! Group service. Being involved in the e-groups is free of charge.

To become a member of a NAMI Texas E-group, please e-mail Kelly Jeschke (kjeschke@namitexas.org) with the subject line "Subscribe to E-Group." Please include your e-mail address along with which e-group you are interested in joining within the body of your message.

  • NAMI Texas E-group: This community is a general posting board where subscribers post articles related to legislation, pharmaceutical advancements, stigma-alerts, mental health activities in the Texas area and general questions about mental health issues.
  • Visions For Tomorrow E-group: This community involves caregivers across the nation that are training or have been trained to teach and lead Visions For Tomorrow educational classes and support groups. Information exchanged is purely related to issues involving the Visions For Tomorrow curricula.
  • NAMI Texas Affiliate President E-group: This community involves all of NAMI Texas' affiliate presidents that have access to e-mail. It's an excellent way to brainstorm with other affiliates about issues facing our local affiliates. This group is for NAMI Texas affiliate presidents or designated affiliate contacts only.
